Made some tasty rice cakes from Allen Lim's and chef Biju's cookbook, The Feed Zone this weekend. They're super easy to make, and pack enough punch to get you through any ride. The cakes pictured above have bacon and eggs. It's a nice alternative to my usual Clif Bar.
